Another Denver townhome was transformed into a beautiful and classic bathroom that met the needs of a middle aged couple. The finishes included heated floor and shower bench, tile details highlighting classic marble details; walk in curbless shower and a surprising amount of storage. The lighting was also enhanced which helped this bath that has no windows in the room.
Late 1800 Denver Square home had a history of being a duplex, a single family, a rooming home, then back to single family. The big challenge was to marry the current small “remuddled” kitchen back into the greatness of the true scale of the original single family home. This was accomplished by taking down the wall between the kitchen and what was an outgrown child's playroom. The space planning to create a huge family kitchen packed with functionality was the driving force of this remodel.
This 1970 Boulder Ranch was being expanded and updated. The top was popped and the kitchen and bath updated to pay homage to the mid-century style this young couple loved.

A true 1970 “Santa Fe” bath was transformed into a soothing zen oasis. The exact same footprint within this room was reconfigured to offer four times the storage and three times the open floor space.

These homeowners were ready for a new bath that would bring the sense of calm and tranquility they were craving. The finishes were selected around that idea of tranquility and the dressiness of the chandelier in the center of the bath. A soothing palette and finishes that suggested sparkle and space planning brought everything together.
